KANSAI people

I cooked TAKOYAKI for lunch yesterday. There is TAKOYAKI cooker in my house (most of family around western part of JAPAN have this machine, actually), my mom and I decided to cook. There is special flour, it's not normal flour, so it became tastier. OKONOMIYAKI-it's also very popular around my hometown, both TAKOYAKI and OKONOMIYAKI need sourse. I think sourse is necessary for KANSAI (around OSAKA area) people. While I was in Vancouver, I couldn't endure to live without that sourse, I bought that sourse twice. OKONOMIYAKI and TAKOYAKI is very good for parties. Easy and tasty. I like Hiroshima style OKONOMIYAKI and Akashi style TAKOYAKI. Oh, I'm not mania, by the way.

How can I help the person who want to solve problems? All I can do was... listening. Sometimes it's difficult to solve by ourselves. If I listen to the problem, I can remove worring that the person has. Even though I can't remove 100%, I hope the person feels better. It's better to be with, however, talking on the phone also good. I love head set.
